This is one of the most popular, most easy-to-install and affordable RPA solutions globally. Robots developed using it are noted for high speed and reliability. This is an excellent choice when processes between several unrelated applications have to be robotised, data has to be input in ERP or another internal business system. The UiPath platform has OCR (Optical Character Recognition) tools allowing for reading the text from PDF files or photographs using artificial intelligence.
This is a Microsoft tool well-suited for automation of processes carried out using the Office 365 package applications: Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, Onedrive etc. It allows for automation of contract preparation, breaking down of the received orders into tasks, generation of letters or forms, mailing of letters, allocation of tasks etc. In 2020, Microsoft acquired WinAutomation, the RPA solutions company, and integrated its tools in the Power Automate ecosystem, enabling easier robotisation of processes transpiring beyond the Office 365 package.
